Our team has the proven ability to work with these obstacles and to help you find a lot that suits your needs perfectly. With dozens of years of combined experience, we also pride ourselves in working with the strict zoning and construction regulations in the various central Texas areas. We will help you optimize both your home and the lot requirements. Silverton Custom Homes is the Featured Builder and has home sites available in several premier areas. However, we can help you find a lot anywhere and then begin work with a builder and designer.

DESIGN PHASE with OPTIONS

Interior Design and Framing. We can help you with the design of your custom built home and help you stay within your budget.

Choose your lot and we will help you develop a preliminary sketch with an architect. The overall design, square footage and selected amenities will be addressed in this initial phase. The next step will be the computer drawings and ultimately the final plans. Our Featured Builders also have a unique library of plans that have been designed with multitudes of custom features in mind. Note: Our Featured Custom Home Builders are sensitive and experienced with persons who require special needs. If you already have plans or an architect of your own, we can work with them.

ESTABLISHING the BUDGET


With any of the above options, we will quickly provide preliminary pricing and specifications to get an idea on budget goals. Next, we work with you to prioritize your wants and needs to make selection adjustments that stretch your dollars and to help you get the most for your money. These will serve as a guideline in completing the plans and working within your budget. Confident in offering accurate pricing to each buyer through computerized budgeting, we eliminate the guesswork. Once final plans and engineering are complete, pricing and specifications will be provided to you for the final agreement. Our services are intended to deliver the personal attention you deserve - and yet, you don't pay extra for the experience.
